Where is my purchase?

Download the kit from the download page. Payment grants commercial rights; it does not unlock a different file. Keep your Link/Stripe receipt as proof. A downloaded file or success redirect does not prove payment.

My export is slow or blank

Use a current desktop browser, keep this tab open and foregrounded, and try the Preview PNG first. Reload and restore a saved project if needed. The renderer uses local Canvas, not a model API. Large batch exports take longer; retry with fewer labels or use single-product export. No credits are consumed by retries.

My label looks stretched

Cylindrical forms use a full wrap image. Center the front artwork horizontally, and leave appropriate space around it. The carton uses only its front panel. Proportion sliders alter generic geometry, not the artwork or actual product dimensions. Inspect all six images and the back seam before publishing.

Which files can I supply?

PNG, JPEG or WebP under 8 MB and 32 megapixels. Labels are resized to a maximum 2048px side. SVG, PDF, remote URLs and source CAD are not accepted. Convert approved artwork in your usual design tool, retaining the original for production.

Can I make a video?

Single-product packs contain 24 PNG turntable frames, not an MP4. Import the ordered frames into your preferred video editor. Batch mode excludes turntable frames to keep file size and processing bounded.

How do I restore work?

Save a project JSON from the studio before closing the page, then use Restore project. Your project embeds your label locally. A reload does not restore unsaved work.

Billing or refund questions

Use the support link in your Link/Stripe receipt or Link support. The merchant-of-record handles transactions. No custom modeling, calls or bespoke support deliverables are included.
